Shipping and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at Salon 5 Sixty, we are so grateful for your business. Please read our Refund and Returns and Shipping Policies so you know how we can support you purchases.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we do not permit returns and refunds due to “change of mind”. However, in the unlikelihood the item you received and was not as described, you will receive a replacement once we receive and inspect the item in its original (resalable) condition and packaging. You the consumer, are responsible to return the incorrect item back to Salon 5 Sixty, apon inspection and approval we will contact you to initiate a refund of postage fees incurred to you. You must keep all receipts of return postage to be eligible for reimbursement.

Shipping Policy

All packages will be dispatched within 3 working days via Australia Post. We are not held responsible for reimbursing missing items. If, in the event your package goes missing in transit, please notify us and we will contact Australia Post and file a dispute with them for you.

We promise to make ensure your products will be packaged safely for transit, however in the unlikelihood you item was damaged during transit or not as described please contact us at [salon5sixty@outlook.com](mailto:salon5sixty@outlook.com) for a review of your case and possible replacement. You need to contact us immediately on receiving you parcel with photographic evidence.

All parcels will come with tracking which you will receive via email. In the event your parcel goes missing or does not arrive please contact us so we can follow it up for you.
